He also has been investigated for falsifying his reports as well, although his reasons are unclear. As for Miss Kebi, her records are meticulously clean. I know from experience that this is not the case, and that she has dabbled with inter-dimensional affairs that are quite unsavory. I know not why she even involves herself in this in the first place, but I can wager a guess.

To be frank, I am not sure either can be trusted.
