[The vocaloid stumbled out of his own world, wobbling under the size of his costume. He looks fairly miserable - and kind of ridiculous.

On his arms is a stiff set of wings that extend from shoulder to floor made from white feathers and peacock tail feathers, it doesn't let him bend his arms. The rest of the costume isn't much better, a headdress of faux-gems and white feathers in owl-like tufts, a feather-covered midriff-bearing shirt, and Egyptian-style white kilt, and there's black belts wrapped all over his torso and lower legs.

It... it was for a music video!

...I'm kinda tempted to take you back to my world and see what your subconscious throws up in the Cosmosphere. The only problem with that is that I can't access other people's cosmosphere, so we'd need to find a partner you can trust so you can make all your special snowflake dresses manifest themselves.

When a reyvateil completes a level of her cosmosphere, she generally generates a set of clothes that represents the part of herself that was dominant on that level of her cosmosphere. For instance, a girl who feels hemmed in by tradition while still desiring to honor it might have a elegant kimono, or one who enjoys control might eventually generate a Dom outfit with spikes and such.

In addition to being marks of advancement in magical skill, they also tend to have the qualities of armor as well-they're made entirely of magic so their properties aren't limited by physical laws. As a general rule, if you see a fighting Reyvateil in what looks like a wedding dress, she's at the apex of her skill and power.

Well, kind of. But progressing that deep into the cosmopshere isn't something you can do on your own, so she's had help. Even reyvateils who don't make it very deep into the cosmosphere often become lovers with their partners. Other times, the partner abuses her. It's a very emotional connection, for good or ill.

Completing all the levels of the cosmosphere however...it unlocks something. A direct connection to her song server, and access to whatever weapons it might be fitted with. Even the most powerful personal songs pale next to that.

Hmmm, you're really wired in here, aren't you? Even her divine haughtyness isn't quite so done up. At least all her feathers are on those shoulder-wing things.

It's all buckled... I can't bend my arms with the wings on, and I can't get the wings off without being able to bend them. Stupid catch-22 -

It was just a really, really long shoot. Nothing went right.

Some of the lights went out, so they had to replace them, then the bottom of the cage I'm suppose to be in couldn't support my weight and the costumes, then someone tripped over a cord and unplugged one of the boom mics during the shooting so we had to do it again.
