[Meryl had taken to being a little smarter about sneaking out, which meant that she at least spent most of the day in the infirmary. During that entire time, the other girl that was rescued seemed not to move a muscle. Ah well, either way, she was certainly malnourished by now, and maybe a bit of comfort food would help.]
