This situation...

Three worlds at once. I can't see this possibly being a coincidence. I wouldn't be remotely surprised if these three worlds were collaborating somehow.

Unfortunately, I'm on standby for now. So, I have a request to the people who are being sent out right now.

Look into how this started. Look for any single specific incidents that might have triggered what's going on. If you find anything out, I want to know right away.

World contacted CO, Co stopped allowing them to use what they depend on for their livelyhood but didn't say why, and the people got very angry. Even stupid higher-ranked bureaucrats got pissed at us, they got no clue why it's happening to them, so they blame CO.

And then the world basically went Reimu on CO. Maybe someone funds them, maybe not, but it doesn't really matter, they'd be angry anyway.

Impressed? SOME people didn't waste their time showing off in simulation rooms and did important things instead!

A specific incident -- a tangible event -- that caused outrage. Like the gunning down of a civilian or something similar.

Just don't focus too much on it. It's like my earthquake - someone checking it out might have thought that me destroying Reimu's shrine would have started it, but if Reimu hadn't gotten angry at me for that, someone else'd have started to attack. The first event might not be that important!
