Enforcer Souji Seta from Earth P3/P4 here. Nice to meet those of you I haven't yet.

I've managed to make it back to CO, but I can't say I know what happened to my Earth. I submitted a report on what happened to me, but here's the short version.

Without any warning, everything was suddenly dark. I couldn't see, hear, or feel anything, even with a device I've got to see through normal magical concealment...things. After that it was like I was floating free in space, and I felt something draining my energy, as if I was constantly working just to keep breathing.

I have no idea how long this lasted, but eventually I found kind of a seam in the darkness and decided to try breaking through it. That's when I ended up back in CO.

I'm going to start investigating as soon as possible. Nanoha, Meiling, and anyone else who wants to be part of my team can meet me in the gate room when it's time to get moving.

Hey, that reminds me! We're supposed to be investigating it with Enforcers, right? Someone told me earlier where to find a list of them, but I can't actually find... well, them. And I'm still new around here, so I don't know any face... D'you happen to know someone I could team up with?
