[A video turns on and a man sits in front of a screen. The man was a newcomer, but he didn't seem at all tense in any way. In fact, quite the opposite, it was as though he had been here all this time. The way he dresses, the expression on his face... One might even mistaken this man for some kind of a pastor.]

Hmhm... Being in a new world like this... It really is all too fascinating for me...

Agents of Confunto Ordinato... Albeit sudden, I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Akinari Kashihara and starting from today, I will take the position of Councilor.

Back in my world, I was a world history teacher for Seven Sisters High School...In my field of study, I've learned that the one thing that makes any politician successful is taking consideration of each individual voice. With that said, I hope to be of service to you all.

I am. The Youkai of Boundaries, to be precise. The term "demon" really is something of a misnomer, it implies outward malice and few youkai prey upon humans these days.

Does it now? Then you'll have to pardon me. My world... It doesn't make that type of distinction. Cultural differences really lead to so many misunderstandings.

But ahh! To think, I'd even see a youkai in my lifetime. Huhuhwahaha!

You should pay more attention, there are quite a few of us wandering around.

Although admittedly, we're not particularly distinctive. Most of us, at least from my world, are quite similar to humans in form.

Close to human forms? Interesting... Yes, that makes a lot of sense. Youkai would blend in with human forms and be able to interact with humans... leaving much room for them to influence our society... Aliens, demons... Ahh, I've attained a new outlook!

In my world, the barrier exists specifically to prevent youkai from interfering in such a fashion. That said, such things are possible.

Meeting more of us is not difficult. I'm sure you could simply send out a public message and bring them flocking. They tend to be a bit... enthusiastic.
