"Hey guys! Who's up for a group snowboarding trip for the holidays? Right here, in CO's hub world! If we get enough people together we can totally take over one of the lodges on the Outer Ring! It'll be a blast! Give me a shout-out if you wanna come along!"

Sonic's learned his lesson about meditation; some people just think better on the run, and he's one of them. He's zipping around the marketplace, with a red and white santa hat wedged amongst his spikes. He's also occasionally glancing around, as though making sure someone doesn't notice him there...

"Hello there small blue spiky animal! What's snowboarding? That's a curious name. The first thing that comes to mind is beating snow with a board, but that doesn't sound like an interesting activity. Of course, non-dragons can have a funny idea of 'interesting'."

He can't help but snicker at the image. "Oh yeah, I forget not everyone is familiar with the term. Nope, you don't hit the snow with a board, you ride on the board, over the snow! They're special boards, of course. Get enough speed n' you can jump and do tricks and all sorts of things."

"Sounds like fun if it didn't involve cold and snow."

"That's why you gear up against the cold. Or ya go for Extreme Gear instead, but you can do that any time of year. Plus there's something about carving up some fresh powder and watching it fly that's just really satisfying.

"Out of curiosity, you've got a form that isn't quite as big, right? I dunno what would happen if a full-size dragon tried to snowboard." He doesn't know, but he can't help but wonder; the mental image of a dragon pulling a midair 180 on a board sounds hella cool.

"I'll wear as much anti-cold gear as I can." Qhaellizith snorts when Sonic brings up the size problem. "You and your tiny equipment."

Sonic is treated to the sight of a large dragon suddenly shrinking into a far more tiny human form. The empty space both emphasizes how much space her bulky dragon form took up and also how much gleaming gold can now be seen in the background.

"...Wow." He blinks at the incredible size difference (Although the gold makes an impression as well.) "Looks like you're good to go, then! Hey, ya never know, they may actually HAVE Dragon-scale snowboarding stuff out here. I've just never seen it. From the looks of it, you won't have much touble getting a hold of anything you might need, though."

"The cold's less intolerable in this form anyway. I'm still trying to find items to keep me warm while going out. It gets a little boring just sitting in my warm room all the time! And going on jobs to warm worlds is nice but it's still cold going to and from the gates."

"Whelp, you can't go wrong with the stuff they make for winter sports! It's built to be out there in the cold all day. Heheh, I learned that the hard way when I went on a trip up to a lodge in a world that turned me human. The portal dumped me right into a snowbank, without the benefit of fur! Just shorts n' a shirt. I must've bought half the ski shop after that!"

"I know! I'll find a spell to turn into a fuzzy little thing like you! That'll fix the problem!

Though the saunas here'e nice. Still annoying telling it yes I'm sure I want it set that high and yes I know it'd kill me if I was a puny humanoid instead of a gold dragon. I suppose red dragons'd be fine too. But, seriously, it isn't even that hot! Humanoids sure die easily."

"Wh... I'll, uh, take your word for it on that one. Can you really turn yourself into anything? Even a... fuzzy thing like me?" Hey, he's not going to deny it. He's rather proud of his fur and quills, thankyew.

Again, Qhaellizith's shape shifts, and now Sonic's looking at a feminized version of himself.

"... ... ...okay. That's just weird."

He impulsively waves to see if his girlish doppelganger waves back. When it doesn't, he feels a little silly for even thinking of it.

"But... I guess you can't pick a better shape for it! Hey, this even simplifies things! I'll lend ya a board and some goggles, because now I KNOW they're the right size for you!"
