As I'm sure most of you have figured out by now, Phoenix Wright was an impostor. He was responsible for the poisoning of Councilors Thomas and McDowell, as well as the abductions of Councilors Nerine and McDowell.

Furthermore, the poison he used was Dark Arcanum. I know nothing about it, so I don't know how easy it is to procure an antidote. But at least we know the name, and it's better than having no information.

I will be all right. I am remaining in the Chief Enforcer's office for the time being.

Do not ask me to relive the events of what happened in the library. I do not wish to revisit it.

This is welcome news, Sir Edgeworth, though I am sorry you had to suffer for it.

We've had some fairly significant breakthroughs in a very short period of time. I believe you will be most interested to hear, however, that one of the people missing who had a double seen in the complex has returned. It is extremely possible that we will find your friend as well.

Meanwhile, if we know the name of the poison, we can hopefully cure Sir Thomas. And with the external outlets restored, we can actually begin the process immediately. Thank you, and rest as long as you need.

Agent Kyon. He was found near the Ferinus Aer court, along with the clone of one of our other agents. It sounds as though there is more than one individual masterminding this conspiracy. But if he is alive, there is a good chance the others are as well.

An interesting group, this [humanity]. That we allowed ourselves to be so easily crippled by such a clearly dysfunctional group says as much about our own organization as it does theirs.

I am sure your words will be far from the only things threatening their department.

It will be important to try and ensure a method of allowing greater detection of impostors, to boot. After all, our security can only handle so much, and if people disappear on jobs only to be replaced by spies, as has already happened far too frequently, our endeavors will be for naught.

That... I could not say. Our main concern is to ensure that we know who the genuine individual is, and to be able to mark them in such a way as to prove impossible to reproduce, like a water mark. How that would be accomplished, however, is not something I could blithely suggest.

In principle. The trouble is, I am uncertain of any other method to ensure we can distinguish between a fake and a real individual. From the sounds of things, they are capable of copying us down to our precise memories. This is quite troubling, to say the least.

It's a thought. It helps that we have one of the clones on our side right now anyway. That might help when we find her original.
