Enforcer Souji Seta from Earth P3/P4 here. Nice to meet those of you I haven't yet.

I've managed to make it back to CO, but I can't say I know what happened to my Earth. I submitted a report on what happened to me, but here's the short version.

Without any warning, everything was suddenly dark. I couldn't see, hear, or feel anything, even with a device I've got to see through normal magical concealment...things. After that it was like I was floating free in space, and I felt something draining my energy, as if I was constantly working just to keep breathing.

I have no idea how long this lasted, but eventually I found kind of a seam in the darkness and decided to try breaking through it. That's when I ended up back in CO.

I'm going to start investigating as soon as possible. Nanoha, Meiling, and anyone else who wants to be part of my team can meet me in the gate room when it's time to get moving.

All right, so I was going to do it myself but you guys are already planning it, so.

You have 24 more hours to determine how patrols are going to go. Use this post right here to plan, you are not required to JUST visit Earth (in fact Senior Councilor Aenathia would prefer you not limit yourselves in that manner).

Because of this event, all of your PDAs will be receiving an upgrade. They can now scan for planar anomolies in a wide field. This allows for the quick investigation of a number of worlds. As such, you may all cover 3 worlds maximum for this round of investigation. Around this time tomorrow, we'll be sending out PMs with information on what you find so you can process the data and plan your next move.

[Ivan has been in the hospital ward for the past day as his mind recovers from the impact of delving into thousands of consciousnesses simultaneously without the proper mental preparations.  Not that he really thinks he could've prepared for it.  The video flickers on to a boy who still appears to be very much out of sorts.]

Sir Ky . . . I apologize that I was unable to carry out my duties today.  If you have the time, could you let me know how the day's investigation went?
And everyone else . . . particularly those who were recently redirected to the wrong division of Confuto Ordinatio back when the gates were malfunctioning . . . I'd like to ask you some questions about what you may have seen there.
