Hello, Gumshoes. I'm the Chief, and I'll be filling in for Sargent Morrison while he is away.

Let's cut straight to the chase. Over the course of a few days, four things have been stolen from their respective worlds:

The Scarlet Devil gates
The Armory of Castle Nodion
The Blastia Barrier
and The Ankh

This can only be the work of that crimson-clad criminal, Carmen Sandiego, and her band of brash bandits. Gumshoes, it's your job to look for these dastardly do-badders anywhere you can. Find them and you'll find the loot what was stolen, and Carmen!

Greetings Confuto Ordinatio, this is Enforcer Toturi.

I admit this is quite new to me, but I feel I understand the situation quite well. If the Blastia Barrier is anything like the great Carpenter Wall in my own, I know that it must not be allowed to remain stolen. Any Agents interested, I will be assembling my own team. We will travel to the world of Terca Lumireis to investigate this theft.

[Toturi already has a formed team in the OOC post, so this is the IC reason to assemble. He can potentially take one more Agent, but after that I will have to ICly turn down anyone who didn't already sign up with him. Those who have signed up are currently Ike, Ranma, and Duo.]
