The Council thinks it has the power, but the true power in Confuto Ordinatio lies in the bureaucracy. The council could stop making decisions entirely and the organization would continue to stumble along for another twelve thousand years before problems started cropping up. While the council is in an uproar over the newest power struggle, the gears of bureaucracy have quietly brought down new orders for Division 0134.

Recent events have brought the moral character of this division into the forefront. While others were trying to sweep Kemet, Isthul, and Erhas under the rug or silence them, 0134 worked tirelessly not to silence them but to actually solve their problems. According to offical CO policy, sufficiently high scores in morality lead to a division getting reassigned in their duties.

According to your new orders, division 0134 is being pulled back from the frontlines. In general there will be less patrols (though still some. EVERY division does patrols), and more of an overseeing role. Expect less time on other worlds, more investigations of other divisions, more politics, and of course, more paperwork.
