The video feed opens on a closeup of a grinning face. The camera wobbles a bit as the owner of said face sets up the PDA and steps back.
"'Allo!" He says brightly. "I'm the Doctor." A brisk sigh. "Right, I've taken a position as an Enforcer here at Confuto Ordinatio--brilliant name, by the way--so I'll be keeping an eye on all your realities from now on." The grin fades and his left eyebrow raises slightly. "Believe me when I say I don't miss a thing." And just like that the grin is back. "Looking forward to working with you all!"
