[Audio, Duo sounds extremely tired and subdued compared to his normally energetic self.]

The last week or two are very hazy, but I seem to recall being very angry all the time and I'm told that I was acting like a real asshole. So for what it's worth, I'm sorry.

That's all I can say for now.

[If you want to visit him in person, Duo is in a hospital bed and is hooked up to all kinds of machinery. The corrupted blackness that had covered half of his body is significantly less obvious now, but holy crap does he look like shit. He's got bandages all over his body from the burns he got from fighting Urd and Snake, there are bruises where he isn't bandaged, and he's got particularly nasty bruises that look almost more like blood blisters everywhere the corruption used to be but has now been broken down by the medicine being pumped into him. On top of that, he's clearly in pain from the treatment itself, as he is pale and sweaty, and he's got bags under his eyes.

In short, he looks like shit.]
