I'm calling on everyone for their attention, if you please. If you don't know me, everyone here about calls me Jacqli, and I'll answer to that even if I don't know you. The reason for this that I've just confirmed a dimensional slippage or transfer of some kind that is being exploited by criminal elements for profit by suffering. Somehow, somewhere, someone got into my world and then into the TSAB's area of influence. And they took with them the plans for one of the most powerful weapons my world ever concieved of. Thus far, they've made only faltering and hesitant steps to utilize these weapons, but it's only a matter of time before they destroy a world if they keep messing around with this power without understanding it.
In order to bring this investigation to a close with maximum speed, we're going to need to send people to track this from both ends-the criminals who are using it, and the laboratories where the plans would have been stored. Hopefully, they'll meet in the middle and we can drop the hammer before things get out of hand. As the only expert on these weapons in the division, I'll be fielding any questions and briefing the teams on what to look for. Volunteers can report to R&D at any time. That is all.
