[After his latest defeat in the Simulation Chamber, Robotnik needed something to get it out of his mind. Any scientist would take the opportunity to do something creative.. and that's exactly what Robotnik was doing. Despite his roundness, the man was surprisingly quick on his feet. He ran around from one part of the compound to another, gathering up tools, bolts, and anything that at least seemed mechanical. Taking all the parts, he gathered them up in a pile on the grounds.

Once taking the parts, Robotnik grabbed the tools he gathered and started putting them together, one by one. While the parts he gathered seemed completely random and unusable for much else, Robotnik did not leave out a single bolt. It was almost as though he knew precisely what he needed for his latest creation.

Finally, after a while...]

There, it's finally finished!
