My interpreter's very diligent and helpful, but he seems to be lacking in the nerves department. I need to think of some kind of training program for the faint of heart, to toughen them up to the point that they don't pass out at the sight of blood. Thoughts?

Is that the sort of thing he usually does? I'm not sure if there's really a cure for that. Repeated exposure may remedy it, but it might also cause the ruination of his nerves.
