Guys.
I heard back from our favorite former councilor. I can't figure out where in the cosmos he is, but I do know one thing: he's got Councilor chaos prisoner.
If you want to know how I know this? Well.

He lent me his PDA before he set out. It's connected to some device he has from back home, and the bastard contacted me using it after he subdued him.
This is more than a manhunt -- it's now a search and rescue. I'd like to take charge of it, and I'll need some volunteers. Preferably someone who can figure out just where the scum bucket is hiding. Anyone finds out any info on his or Councilor chaos's whereabouts, bring it to my attention immediately.
