planeocracy[The vocaloid stumbled out of his own world, wobbling under the size of his costume. He looks fairly miserable - and kind of ridiculous.
On his arms is a stiff set of wings that extend from shoulder to floor made from white feathers and peacock tail feathers, it doesn't let him bend his arms. The rest of the costume isn't much better, a headdress of faux-gems and white feathers in owl-like tufts, a feather-covered midriff-bearing shirt, and Egyptian-style white kilt, and there's black belts wrapped all over his torso and lower legs.
Maybe it looked better in context?]
