Fortunately congealed and tempered shadow tends to flow like heavy black silk in its own right, so it could be said that Midna can't help but dress like a high-class lounge lizard.

The twili is tucked a few seats away amongst the mood lighting, her legs crossed and the inside hem of her cloak glowing a faint blue, and fondling a short glass of something very dark and somewhat viscous. Since it's a rare thing to find a goddess or demoness that ISN'T a ranging alcoholic in these parts, it takes her a moment to notice that this isn't typical Urd behavior.

"Afraid so. Either you're highhandedly trying to create a scarcity, or you're drowning the memory of something unpleasant."

"I see, so thats what it looks like," Urd said as she put down her bottle. "I suppose you could say I experienced something unpleasant, but I am not trying to drown it."

She smiles. "Goddesses have to recharge themselves every so often after using alot of power. My older sister sleeps, my younger sister eats ice cream, and I, well, I'm sure you can guess."

"--Ohhh, I get it now. Mmhmn, if only it were that easy with everyone. You were... in Kemet, right? Met up with the so-called pharaoh? Something tells me that this is a direct result of that, or do I miss my mark?"

"No, you are quite correct," Urd said. "It wasn't the fight we had with him that tired me it. It was the escape. I had to bring Pidonus thru a TV screen with me, and bringing a non-god along for the ride is VERY taxing."
