[Here and there, Lambdadelta selects her targets. Not everyone, hardly so. Only those that appealed to her caprice.

It happened sometime while you were alone. Completely alone, with little likeihood of observation. Golden butterflies come out of nowhere, assembling into the ridiculously dressed woman known as Lambdadelta. She speaks a single sentence.]

I will grant you one wish.

The ability to grant an arbitrary wish, however, is sufficiently far beyond me that I find it hard to believe it to be within your means.
