Hello, Division 0134. This is Inpsectors Donovan and Elmeth of Divisions 0001 and 0002, respectively. We have something to announce.



That's right. The first phase of our inspection has been completed. Whether that's good or bad, I'll leave for you to guess.



And as such, we'll be entering the next phase. From here on out, we are privy to any and all broadcasts you might make on your PDAs or using the compound's communication networks.



This includes those filters people love to use. There is literally no broadcast we cannot see.



Additionally, we reserve the right to step in on any meetings you may have. This includes a conversation between two people all the way up to council discussions.
