A handful. They're pretty different--even the ones that seem like they're more or less the same as ours.

Well, the American legal system in World PW is like a pretty screwed up version of the Japanese one and then the Netherworld is.... [he visibly pales just thinking about the disaster of a job he had there] it's an odd place. You have to really see it to understand it.

Either way, Akira makes his way up there and searches for his cousin amongst the stacks.]

[Naoya is leaning against one of the shelves, flipping through a book of poetry. Don't ask.]

[He never does when it comes to his choice in reading.]

Naoya? [he says as he approaches him.]

[He closes the book and looks up at Akira.]

Akira.

[It is the then that all the worry, the doubts, the fear from the past few months--for him--come to a head. Seeing Naoya there, alive and all right, makes something well up in him and he takes a few steps forward, hugging Naoya tight.]

[He sighs. Of course. He should have expected something like this. He puts a hand on Akira's back, just letting him get his emotions out.]

[It takes a moment, but then Akira pulls back, doing his best to keep his face stoic despite the hug and failing miserably at it.]

[He snorts softly and can't help a little chuckle.]

Yes it does. [He's not even pretending to be serious about it at this point. It's nice to be able to joke around like this with Naoya again.]

But seriously. You could've at least put in an appearance back home to let us know you were okay.
