By the cafeteria, in the lounge of the agent dorms, outside the enforcer dorms, outside the Councilor apartments, and just generally found all throughout the complex, signs mysteriously appear overnight.  . . . Alright, not that mysteriously; Atsuro can be found in the library printing copies of them, running around with a stack underneath his arms, taping them up carefully and finally standing around taking photographs of them, for whatever reason.  It's pretty likely that he'll be caught in the act.  Regardless, they read:

~POKEMON BATTLE ROYALE TOURNAMENT KNOCK-DOWN CHAMPIONSHIP SKIRMISH MELEE BRAWL OF THE CENTURY~

With a lot of Pokeball decals and assorted (bad) artwork of what appear to be Pikachu, Clefairy, and Oddish skipping around in circles or showcasing attacks.  Also a long list of rules.

[voice, mysteriously fuzzy and sounding like it's being played from a computer speaker]

[The music fades into the background as another mysteriously fuzzy voice begins to boom through the PDA.]

Please don't kidnap Arceus and destroy the Pokemon world. All I know is what you get out of the games.

They're just legends. You don't really believe that raccoon dogs can become nyuudo, or that foes can shapeshift, do you?

Anything is possible except where impossible by the laws the world work by, and even then something from another world crossing over can make that thing possible. Such 'blending' incidents are one of the things we work to deal with here.

I not only know the creator of my world personally, I watched her create it. And the only limits in worlds of dreams are the imagination. If you dream it, raccoon dogs will become nyuudo and anything will shapeshift. And to me, those things are reality, because I am an entity born of dreams.

I've learned that many other worlds work differently, but I still have many things to learn.

That's all very nice if you're talking about world intermingling, but you'll remember that didn't start to happen until recently. Arceus is the product of one set of worlds, and only that -- The people came up with myths to fill in the gaps, just like we talk about Izanagi and Izanami creating islands from their flesh.

In some Earth, Izanagi and Izanami may exist, but it would be pretty deviant from the Earth I know. In the Pokemon universe where Arceus actually created the world . . . all I'll say is that the people there are probably living under rocks cowering in fear.

See now, how am I supposed to know that? I've only so much information to go on to tell things that happened from things that people made up, and I come from a world where the two are pretty much the same thing.

I guess if you live in a dream world, you'd have trouble distinguishing what most people think of as reality. Unless it's Kirby's dreamland. General rule? The more world-shattering something sounds, the less likely it is to actually exist.
