[ Vita has been missing for a few days. Things in her world took a bad turn and after a lot of struggle it's finally become clear to her; this probably isn't a problem that the TSAB is going to be able to handle on their own. Even if she hated to ask for outside help and risk causing more trouble, it probably needed to be done.
So it was with some reluctance that she turned on the feed to make a public video announcement. ]

Oi. This is Vita. I'm from the TSAB. We've been havin' some trouble over there with something and I wanted to know if I could get any leads from you guys. It's a serious problem and I don't think it'll be any good if it gets outta hand.

[ She sighs and rubs her forehead, getting a headache from the mere thought of asking for help like this. ] There've been a buncha mages of some sort assisting in criminal activity. It wouldn't bug me so much if we weren't getting numerous reports of the same sorta story and we're havin' alotta trouble handling them. They have magical abilities and no device that we know of to help 'em use that magic, and on top of that they're using some sorta sound-based system that we can't find any record of in our libraries. And trust me, our libraries are huge.
The only way we've been able to deal with them is cuttin' off their magic but it's not a way I wanna solve the problem... Everytime we cut off their magic they die and that's not how we wanna handle this. The ones we've managed to get the drop on all seem really similar, like they're some sorta family, and we're pretty positive they're not clones or anything.

'nyway, any help would be good. Gimme a call or something.

Okay, I get that those who work in this Division were supposed to be surprised by this thing for the whole teamwork thing. But those of us who were NOT from this division really didn't need to be kidnapped in the middle of the night!

I didn't get a very good response last time, so I might as well go with a proper introduction. I'm a new Enforcer, Medical Division. The name's Franken Stein, but you'll probably know me as Dr. Stein. My specialty is surgery, both on the body and on the soul.

[Roy is sitting in the library, poring over a mix of books and documents he requested from the library desk. He seems to be intently focused on what he's reading, to the point that his expression, which had been neutral for most of it, quickly turned to an expression of shock as he read. The document in his hand had two noticeably bolded terms in its text: "Aethr" and "Children of Entropy."]

What...what the hell is this?! How could anyone possess this level of power?!

[He says this hushed, but clearly in a stressed tone.]

[This time, Roy is sitting in the cafeteria, eating his lunch while poring over a book. Closer inspection will reveal it to be a driver's ed book published in New York during 2009. He does not look amused.

I should like to take a moment to stress to you all that even if you aren't a...I believe the vernacular term is "team player", there are problems that cannot or should not be solved with brute force or by yourself.

In particular, I know there's a lot of poorly control magic in the agents and enforcers of our fair division. While you are all entitled to your secrets, heaping on more magic to solve problems while trying to keep your secret is going to explode in your face and leave a lot of people hurt, killed, or worse.

Magic. Is. Dangerous. I cannot stress this enough. If you know of some power that you think is going to go out of control, then bigods don't keep it a secret. You'll only make the eventual disaster worse!

I have concerns about Agent Luc. He has recently unleashed a potentially deadly creature from the dungeon dimension into our pocket dimension here. I dealt with it, with the aid of Agent Threepwood and Agent Kyonko (who I think deserve some sort of commendation), so no need for immediate worry on that front.

The problem is that he shows no signs of guilt or remorse about his actions. An agent who possesses the potential to create tears in reality with no moral compass or sense of restraint is a grave danger that NEEDS to be dealt with.

Greetings, Confuto Ordinatio. This is Colonel -- I'm sorry, Enforcer Roy Mustang reporting for duty. I arrived here earlier this afternoon, and I finally have the chance to introduce myself.

I have to admit, the facilities here are very impressive. This is by far the largest facility of this sort I've seen; it wouldn't be hard for a person to get lost.

But, speaking of the facilities...

What's with the picketing? And did one of the signs really protest "on-the-job immolation?"

[ With surprising ease, Vita gets a video feed online. She seems to be standing in the halls and as stopped to lean against a wall so that the camera doesn't shake too much while she talks. It's probably clear that Vita's a small child, maybe no older than 9 years old, but she certainly doesn't look like your standard magical girl heroine-- she's frowning and looks like a grumpy old man, honestly. ]

Hey. I'm Vita, I just got here. I'm from the Time-Space-Administrative-Bureau, so I'm not new to this sorta thing. I'd appreciate some tips to avoid making a mess or trouble, but don't go treatin' me like some clueless newbie. I'll ask for help if I need it, I'm not stupid. You'll just be wasting your time otherwise.

I don't wanna have to pay for new ones if I break 'em or something, so lemme know if I need to hold back. I'd also like to have the method used to travel around explained to me, 'cause I dun wanna risk screwin' that up either. And whoever it is that's roomin with me---Nier or something, I think--- gimme a shout so we can talk about this whole room sharin' crap. I swear, I thought only Fate and Nanoha were freaky enough to share a room...
